To provide you with a fast and accurate heat treatment quotation, it is essential to have complete information about your requirements, including:

- Monthly volumes and production projections
With this information, we can properly evaluate the process and offer you a technical and economic proposal tailored to your needs.
I don’t have all the technical information
We understand that some projects are preliminary and that the information may be very basic. What’s important is to gather whatever information you have and schedule a phone conference so our experts can guide you and better understand your requirements.
What types of equipment or furnaces do you have?
Our heat treatment equipment features cutting-edge technology based on AFC-Holcroft engineering to ensure the quality of our processes. We have Batch furnaces (Controlled Atmosphere), Carbottom furnaces (Direct Flame), and Rotary furnaces (Controlled Atmosphere).
I have a heat treatment requirement that is not listed in your services
Our equipment is highly versatile, and we offer a wide range of services. We are open to any existing requirements, and if we don’t have the specific service, we can recommend a company specialized in that process.
Do I require heat treatment at my worksite?
Our specialty is providing high-quality heat treatments within our own facilities.

What quality certificates do you have?
We hold the necessary quality certificates to work in the Automotive, Aerospace, Construction, Home Appliance, Defense industries, among others. Please contact us, and we can share the certificates relevant to your industry.

Does CRIO offer transportation services?
At the moment, we do not have our own transportation service. However, we are open to coordinating with the client’s logistics or assisting in arranging trusted carriers to facilitate the movement of the cargo in the most efficient way possible.
What is the standard delivery time?
The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
What is your scope in inspection and metallographic analysis?
Regarding inspections, we perform hardness tests on different scales including HRC, HR15N, VICKERS, and BRINELL, core hardness inspection, as well as microstructure inspection, effective case depth, total case depth, and intergranular oxidation inspection, among others.
How are discrepancies handled?
Discrepancies are managed according to the guidelines established in CQI-9 and our quality management system based on ISO 9001. In case any non-conformity arises, the client is promptly notified, and follow-up is carried out through documented corrective actions, ensuring traceability and compliance of the treated material.
